Please read before proceeding
1. To take any of our courses you have to be a licensed healthcare practitioner with the scope of practice to DIAGNOSE. If that's you, move on to number 2.
2. While anyone with a license to diagnose can take our courses and become members, only chiropractors can obtain certification.
3. It is STRONGLY recommended that one takes the SOT Categories Courses before taking the SOT Cranial Courses.

SOT Certification Programs
SOTO-USA offers two certifications, SOT Foundations (CSP), and our Cranial Certification (CSCP). Both series are comprised of four, in-person weekend courses. To take individual courses and not the whole series, scroll down to "Weekend Courses".
To learn more about them please visit our Certification page.
**While anyone with a license to diagnose can take the course, certification is reserved for chiropractors only.
Certified SOT Practitioner (CSP): This is the foundational backbone of SOT and one must understand the concepts presented here to make the most of any future work in SOT. Here you will learn the SOT Category System, as well as CMRT (organ reflex work). This is a hybrid program, with most of the course work done online, with only ONE weekend course that is live and in-person. Current live course series details
Certified SOT Cranial Practitioner (CSCP): This advanced course focuses on the Cranial-Dural system and it will be expected that attendees understand the concepts presented in the CSP prior to taking these courses. One must become CSP certified before one can become CSCP certified, though the courses can be taken at any time. Current course series details

Hybrid CSP Program
This is the foundational knowledge of the SOT Category system and the backbone of Dr. DeJarnette's work. Learn the SOT Category System in detail, along with CMRT (organ reflex work).
