Foundations of SOT

While SOTO-USA promotes innovation and using SOT principles to customize and integrate other ideas and methods, we also acknowledge the importance of teaching and disseminating the foundational work of Dr. DeJarnette and teach a standardized version of Sacro Occipital Technique. These courses cover the SOT Category System, CMRT (chiropractic manipulative reflex technique/organ reflex work), and SOT Craniopathy. 

Feel free to take these course a-la-carte, or as part of our larger certification series. Anyone with a license to diagnose can take these courses, but only chiropractors are eligible for certification. While the courses can be taken in any order, it is STRONGLY recommended one take the SOT Categories prior to taking the Cranial courses. 

We offer two SOT certifications:

CSP (Certified SOT Practitioner): SOT Categories and CMRT

CSCP (Certified SOT Cranial Practitioner)
