What is SOT?
SOT is an indicator based system of analysis that helps point the doctor to what needs to be done on a given visit. SOT is a whole body system, encompassing the spine, fascia, TMJ, cranium, extremities, and organ systems. Learn more about SOT below.

Our Mission
1. Promote SOT as taught by Dr. DeJarnette. We are the only SOT organization teaching DeJarnette standardized SOT. It is our mission to maintain a standard, and teach Sacro Occipital Technique as written by Dr. DeJarnette.
2. Promote innovation and growth around SOT. Simultaneously we want encourage growth and development, and showcase new and innovative techniques, maneuvers, or ideas that are separate from SOT but built on the original SOT framework.
3. Research. Continue to build a research base around SOT through the publication of papers, working with school curriculums, and being present at research conferences worldwide.
Sacro Occipital Technique Organization-USA (SOTO-USA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which promotes the preservation, teaching, research and innovation of the Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) method of chiropractic.

We offer a number of courses that are available to anyone who has a license to diagnose. We offer: Online and in-person SOT courses, two certification tracks (Foundational SOT and SOT Cranial), and a yearly Symposium & Research Conference.
